In these stressful times, nearly everyone has some level of anxiety. I offer my clients an empathetic non-judgmental ear. I also utilize both talk and art therapy as well as offering a number of techniques to help you get to a place of calm and change in your life.
I graduated from Wayne State University in 2008 with a Master’s degree in Counseling and a specialization in Art Therapy. Since graduation, I have worked with a variety of clients and issues in a number of settings.
If you are looking to make changes in your life, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you will be heard. I have experience with anxiety, career issues, grief and loss, body image, self-esteem, and establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with those around you. Together, we will explore what brings you to therapy at this time, set attainable goals, and agree on an approach that’s tailored to suit your needs – whether through traditional talk therapy, art therapy, or life coaching.
My focus is on assisting individuals to learn new skills, better coping strategies, and developing their own non-judgmental objective outer ear. If you are looking to make a career choice or other changes in your life, I can help you recognize themes and patterns that may be preventing you from living your best life.
