I offer you a non-judgmental, safe space for you to explore any stress, emotions, or areas of your life you are looking to work through and change. I use traditional talk therapy, art therapy, or a combination of both to meet you where you are to explore your needs. Art is a wonderful communication tool that can help further the healing process.
I provide my services to both adults and teenagers. I specialize in working with adolescents. Being a teenager can be a complicated time trying to manage independence, self-esteem, relationships, emotions, and life’s unexpected stressors all at once for the first time. Neurodivergence, the recognition of more brain functioning than the neurotypical standard, is also a core practice you’ll find with me.
I believe that adolescents are incredible human beings who should be treated with the same empathetic care as adults. I’m great at communicating concepts like anxiety, boundaries, consent, emotions, and self-esteem in ways they understand. I also focus on providing support and coping skills for ADHD.
You are a unique individual living within different environmental and cultural systems, and these systems play a role in creating the patterns you’ve developed in your past and present. As a team, we can create new patterns that will promote the changes you want. Let’s improve your quality of life. We’ll celebrate your victories along the way.
Navigating the pressures of school, social life, and self-discovery is uniquely challenging. I provide a supportive and confidential space for teens and young adults to explore their identity, manage stress, and build the coping skills they need to thrive during these formative years.
Living with ADHD often means struggling with focus, organization, and feeling misunderstood. I offer practical strategies to help you manage executive dysfunction, reduce overwhelm, and harness your unique strengths, allowing you to build a more structured and fulfilling life.
A cancer diagnosis, whether for you or a loved one, brings a wave of complex emotions; fear, grief, and uncertainty. I provide a compassionate space to process this journey, develop coping skills for the stress of treatment, and help you find resilience and meaning along the way.
Are you your own harshest critic? Low self-esteem can hold you back from living fully. Together, we will work to quiet your inner critic, challenge negative self-beliefs, and help you build a foundation of genuine self-compassion and confidence.
Juggling multiple roles and facing unique societal pressures can be exhausting. I offer supportive counseling tailored to women’s experiences, including life transitions, relationship dynamics, perinatal mental health, and finding balance in a demanding world.
Managing the emotional and mental health impact of narcolepsy is as important as treating the symptoms. I provide a space to address the frustration, anxiety, and grief that can accompany sleep disorders, helping you develop coping strategies to improve your overall quality of life.
Struggling with a difficult relationship with food or your body? I provide a non-judgmental environment to explore the emotions and thoughts behind these patterns. We will work together to develop healthier coping mechanisms and build a more peaceful and balanced connection with food and self-image.
