Counseling can be a helpful way to process these challenges and learn new coping strategies with the nonjudgmental support of a therapist.
I have experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life stressors, trauma, and substance use with a variety of therapeutic techniques. I use a strengths-based approach to help individuals identify their goals and move toward creating a more sustainable lifestyle.”
