I believe that traditional talk therapy isn’t right for everyone, at every stage of life. That’s why I offer my experience in drama therapy and therapeutic art approaches as resources for our sessions together. Together, we will explore what supports you best in the therapy space.
I have experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches, and prioritize offering diverse and multicultural perspectives in session. I approach therapy through a strengths-based, cultural-equity and trauma-informed lens. I’m additionally informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Drama Therapy, Liberation Psychology and Relational Cultural Theory.
